In our cooking classes, I’ll take you on a journey through the history of Venetian cuisine with my grandmother Nedda’s cherished recipes. Sunday lunches were sacred in my family, a tradition where my grandmother showcased her love through the dishes she perfected since her youth at the “Belvedere” tavern on the Lido of Venice. Cooking, for her, was an expression of love, crafting “I love you” with every dish.

Cicchetti and STARTERS

Begin with a variety of small, delicious dishes like gratinated scallops and whipped cod, paired perfectly with a glass of wine to whet your appetite.

Risotto

A cornerstone of Venetian cuisine, our risotto celebrates the seasons, offering everything from seafood to sausage and radicchio flavors, catering to gluten-free preferences.

Main Course

Feast on a Mediterranean delight, whether it’s a succulent fish dish or a hearty plate of cuttlefish in tomato sauce with peas and Biancoperla polenta.

DESSERT

Unexpectedly, cheese! A staple dessert in my home, ending the meal on a savory note.

The cooking classes can comfortably be held at your venue, if it has a kitchen, or, if you wish, in a beautiful facility in the heart of the city.

The available days are Saturday and Sunday.

How

For the number of participants, the possibility ranges from 1 to 6 people per class.
